Shipping & Returns

Shipping:
1. We will send your goods out within 2-4 business days after your payment, tracking number will be provided after that. Shipping fees depends on the weight of your items.

2. Shipping fee includes shipping cost and handling fee. The shipping cost for each MP3/Mp4 players is $2 to $3 depending on the weight. If you buy for example 8 MP4 players in one order, the shipping cost for each MP4 player is $2.2 and you choose EMS as shipping method which comes with $12 handling fees. The total shipping fee will be $2.2 * 8 +$12=$29.6.

3. For Express Mail Service ( EMS ), which takes 5-10 business days to almost any country in the world, the handling fee is $12 for each purchase. You can track on http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp.

For USA buyer, you can track on www.usps.com. Usually the tracking number will be trackable on these sites in 1 to 2 days after we ship the goods.

4. If you need to ship by DHL or UPS, please contact our sales representative online first and let them calculate the shipping fees. It's higher than EMS in general.

5. We ship all of our goods from the factory directly, which is located in Shenzhen ,China
